The sponsor of this project St marks Episcopal Church allowed for the development of 79 units of senior housing through the federally funded HUD 202 program on land that was owned by the church but underutilized. Located on a busy intersection , the building nestled at the corner provided much need housing for 62 and older individuals in Kings County
