A joint Venture with Evangelical Disciples of Jesus Christ to develop 14,511 square feet of Community Facility - House of Worship and 83 units of affordable housing under the NYC HPD ELLA term sheet and NYS HCR Homes for Working Families program. The joint venture project was completed in May 2019.
